While we don't require a contract, we have certain guidelines in place to ensure a fair and equitable process for both parties. Here's what you need to know about canceling your Dedication Agents service:
Cancellation Process
To initiate the cancellation of your Dedication Agents service, please submit a ticket or send us an email requesting the cancellation. Our team will promptly review your request and guide you through the necessary steps to process the cancellation.
Mid-Cycle Cancellations
Please note that due to the extensive setup process involved in configuring each account, we are unable to cancel your service mid-cycle. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. However, you can proceed with the cancellation request, and it will take effect upon the expiration of your subscription based on your monthly billing cycle.
Ticket Fees and Account Setup
If you choose to cancel your Dedication Agents service, any additional ticket fees incurred beyond your plan tier up to the point of cancellation will still apply. This is to ensure that the resources invested in setting up and supporting your account are appropriately accounted for. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
No Credit, Refund, or Partial Refund
Please be aware that we do not issue any credit, refund, or partial refund for the time remaining on existing subscriptions at the time they are canceled. The cancellation will take effect as of the expiration date of your subscription based on your monthly billing cycle.
