How does invoicing work?Updated 2 years ago
Invoicing at Dedication Agents
At Dedication Agents, our invoicing system is designed to align with the volume of tickets you receive, allowing for scalability based on your sales and customer base. Here's how our invoicing process works:
1. Setup Fees
During the first month of service, there will be a one-time setup fee to cover the initial account setup, integration, and configuration. This fee ensures that we can tailor our services to your specific needs, setting up the necessary infrastructure and tools to deliver exceptional support.
2. Monthly Subscription
Starting from the second month onwards, your monthly invoice will primarily consist of your subscription fee. This fee covers access to Dedication Agents' services, including our dedicated team of agents, automation tools, and the features offered by our platform. The subscription fee ensures ongoing access to our support services.
3. Additional Ticket Fees
In addition to the monthly subscription fee, any extra tickets that exceed your package's ticket allotment for the month will be invoiced separately. This system ensures that you only pay for the additional support you require beyond your base ticket allowance. By scaling the invoicing based on ticket volume, we can provide flexible and cost-effective support that aligns with your business needs.
Our goal is to provide transparent and fair invoicing, ensuring that you have full visibility into the cost structure of our services. With this approach, you have control over your support expenses and pay for the level of support that matches your business requirements.
We understand that your business needs may evolve over time, and we are committed to adapting our invoicing accordingly. As your sales and customer base fluctuate, our invoicing will reflect the changing ticket volume, allowing for scalability and cost optimization.
